Registration 20-21 Drive Thru Details

August 3-6, and August 10

8am – 11am


Our drive-thru registration will occur in our staff parking lot.  Please adhere to the scheduled days and times to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely experience for all students and parents.  The complete registration schedule with arrival times can be found in your registration packet or via this link:  2020/2021 CVHS Drive Thru Registration Schedule

  • All of our staff and parent volunteers will be adhering to appropriate physical distancing guidelines and will be wearing masks.  We kindly ask that you please wear a mask anytime you are interacting with our staff members for everyone’s safety.   


Updates re: Parking, ASB Packages & ID/Yearbook Photos

  • Parking - We will not be selling parking passes at this time.  Once we are able to return to school in person we will begin selling parking passes at a pro-rated rate.  We currently do not anticipate having parking capacity issues for students.  
  • ASB Purchases & Class Packages - Many of the items in the class packages are available for purchase separately on the webstore.  Items will be able to be purchased beyond registration as well. The webstore can be found via this link: CVHS Webstore

  • ID/Yearbook Photos - Traditional yearbook/ID photos will be rescheduled at a later date when we are able to re-open with students on campus.  In the meantime next week we will be sending out directions that will allow students to take their own photo for their school ID card, which they will receive digitally.  They will also receive a physical ID card once we re-open in person.

Student Class Requests & Class Change Requests

  • Students will be able to view their class requests online & request changes beginning August 3rd To Review Student Course Requests: Login to the Aeries Portal to review your course requests. Course requests will be available to view beginning Monday, August 3rd.  The Aeries portal can be accessed via the link below:
  • If you have questions or concerns about your course requests click the link below on your assigned registration day to initiate communication with your Academic Advisor. Advisors will be responding according to the assigned grade level registration days. 
  • Advisors will not be available for drop-ins during registration.  However, virtual or phone appointments will be available and can be made after registration has been completed.  

Drive-Thru Registration Order & Details

You will not need to exit the car for any portion of the registration process.

To ensure a smooth, timely, and efficient registration experience for all students and families please have the items organized to match the order below.

STATION 1 - Data Confirmation Verification

  • Data Confirmation - The data confirmation is a required process that must be completed online.  During the data confirmation process, you will update student demographics, contact information, medical conditions, and authorization information. 
  • Data Confirmation Required Signature Page: At the end of this process, there is a data confirmation parent signature page that needs to be printed and dropped off during this step of the drive-thru registration process.

We will only be able to offer very limited assistance with the data confirmation process during drive-thru registration.  We will offer phone and in-person assistance with the data confirmation process the week of August 13.

STATION 2 - CUSD District Forms

STATION 3 - Library Book Return & Fees

At this station, you can return any textbooks or other books checked out previously. Our librarian will be sending out any outstanding fines or debts prior to registration.


PTSA Memberships can also be completed and paid for online via this link


  • Membership form & attached check can be dropped off at this station


STATION 5 - CVHS  Foundation


  • Membership form & attached check can be dropped off at this station


STATION 6 - ASB Purchases


  • Purchases can also be made via check with order form and can be dropped off at this station.   
  • Optional drug testing form can be dropped off at this station with a check or payment can be made online at the webstore
  • Activities Behavior Contract - All CUSD students must complete this form prior to attending any school-sponsored activities.  The form can be seen viewed & printed via this link:


STATION 7 -  CVHS Class of 2021 Grad Night - Seniors only

  • Grad Night forms & payments can be dropped off at this station.

STATION 8 - Cougar Den Spirit Wear

  • Capo Valley spirit wear will be available for purchase in person at this station.
